To add comments to ASDocs there are a couple files you can edit.\\ 
I will describe the 4 Files i have found to be the best place to put comments in.

  * {sdkFolder}/asdoc/templates/index.html
  * {sdkFolder}/asdoc/templates/package-detail.xsl
  * {sdkFolder}/asdoc/templates/package-summary.xsl
  * {sdkFolder}/asdoc/templates/class-files.xsl

Put the **comment count code** provided by DISQUS right above the </body> tag in //index.html//
